Working as your consultant during the discovery phase of the project involves asking the righ questions, understanding the application and its environment to develop the project scope. They work closely with satinAMERICAN’s elecrical engineers to review the project before developing a detailed quotation for a satinAMERICAN engineered solution.
Your assigned sales engineer has visibility to status of your gear as it moves through stages of production, stages including evaluation, assembly and testing. You are updated on production lead time and ship date production (ie., inspection evalutation and testing.)
Field engineers execute a well thought out commissioning blueprinting process before gear is placed into service. Meeting with key power management personnel, the satin engineer is armed with the needed wiring diagrams, schematics needed prior to sately energizing your equipment.
